外界环境因子对杏鲍菇菌丝生长的影响

摘　　要：对杏鲍菇（Pleurotus eryngii）菌丝生长适宜温度、培养料含水量、pH值进行研究。结果表明，杏鲍菇菌丝生长的适宜温度范围为22～28℃，最适温度25℃；培养料适宜绝对含水量65％～75％；最适绝对含水量75％；适宜pH值为5．02～7．24，最适pH值为5．79。The effects of temperature, water content of the medium and pH on the growth of Pleurotus erynegii mycelium were studied. The results showed that the suitable temperature for the growth of Pleurotus erynegii mycelium was 22 -28℃ ,and the optimum temperature was 25℃ ;the water content of the medium was 65% -75%, the optimum water content of medium was 75%, the pH was 5.02 - 7.24, and the optimum pH was 5.79.
