摘　　要：目的：对紫河车及其混淆品进行鉴别研究。方法：利用凝胶电泳分析、薄层层析和氨基酸分析探讨鉴别依据。结果：４种样品的电泳图谱差异显著，薄层色谱和氨基酸种类、含量基本一致。结论：电泳鉴别法对紫河车及其混淆品的鉴别快速灵敏，简便可行。OBJECTIVE: To study the identification of Placenta Hominis and its adulterants. METHODS: Placenta hominis and its adulterants (placenta suis, placenta bovis, placenta caprae) were studied by the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and thinlayer chromatography. Their contents of amino acids were also analyzed. RESULTS: The differences of protein electrophoretograms of 4 samples were marked, and they were similar in thinlarer chromatograms, in the types and contents of amino acids. CONCLUSION: Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique is an easy and simple procedure for identifying Placenta Hominis and its adulterants.
