摘  要:PFF65-140法兰式平行闸阀是为超高压井开发设计的一类高压闸阀,适用于各类采油(气)树、井口装置、管汇和套管头。为验证其开发设计的合理性和安全性,建立超高压井口闸阀阀体的三维实体模型,在额定工作压力和静水压试验压力两种情况下,采用Solidworks及Cosmos分析软件对闸阀阀体进行有限元分析计算,证明存在高应力区。按照ASME应力分析法分析其应力组合,表明该设计是安全的。PFF65-140 flange gate valve is a high pressure gate valve,it is suitable for all kinds of christmas tree,wellhead assembly,pipe manifold and casing head.In order to justify the rationality and safety of the high pressure gate valve design,the three-dimensional solid model of ultra-high pressure wellhead gate valve was established.Under conditions of rated working pressure and hydrostatic testing pressure,the finite element analysis of strength of gate valve body was done by using the Solidworks and Cosmos analysis software,the calculation results showed that there was high stress area existent in gate valve body.Using ASME stress analysis method analyzed its stress combination,result proved that the design was safe.
