摘 要:高碘酸氧化法是测定生物柴油副产物甘油含量常用化学方法。该研究对高碘酸氧化法测定甘油含量影响因素进行考察,结果表明,高碘酸氧化甘油时pH值对测定结果影响较大,pH值较大、较小,均会使测定结果偏高;在高碘酸钠与甘油摩尔之比为4条件下,将pH值控制在0.82~1.06之间,氧化30min,再加入1.5倍理论摩尔量碘化钾,对甘油含量进行测定,结果较为准确,标准偏差为0.117~0.257,变异系数为0.76%~2.44%。Periodic acid oxidation is a commonly used chemical method in determining glycerol which is the byproduct of biodiesel. The affecting factors on determining glycerol content with periodic acid oxidation have been studied. It has been found that pH has great impact on the results, the results will be higher than the actual value without appropriate pH. The results show that the optimal conditions are as follows: the adding amount of sodium periodate is four times of glycerol, the pH is between 0.82 and 1.06, the oxidation time is 30min and the adding amount of potussium iodide is 1.5 times of the theoretical value, the accurate results can be obtained in that conditions, with the S is between 0.117 and 0.257 and the CV value is between 0.76% and 2.44%.
