摘　　要：依据英美发达国家高校大学生培养的模式和经验,目前我国高校人才培养还存在方法与内容落后、应用与实践淡化、课程与资源不符等三大制约因素,由此提出了转变观念、厘定目标;搭建平台、拓展途径;课程改革、开拓资源等三大对策,提出通过产学互动和完善机制来推进大学生成才的可行路径。The article, based on its analysis of the pattems and experience of college students＇ cultivation in Britain and the United States, aims to present the major factors of backward methods and contents, ignored application and practice, and inconsistent curricula and resources in college education. It thus proposes that strategic visions in targets-setting, platforms for path-broadening, curricula reform for resources-developing be considered workable access to students＇ development in industry-education interaction and system perfection.
