摘  要:目的观察辐照浸银同种异体神经移植后宿主的免疫排斥反应。方法18只健康成年家兔随机分为三组,大腿后部正中切口,造成2cm长坐骨神经段缺损,然后A组移植制备好的辐照含银同种异体神经,B组移植深低温冷冻异体神经,C组移植自体神经。观察术后4、8周宿主血清微量细胞毒性。结果辐照含银组淋巴细胞死亡率与自体组无显著性差异(P>0.05);均低于冷冻组(P<0.01)。结论辐照含银同种异体神经具有明显的低抗原性、可作为临床治疗周围神经缺损的一种良好材料。Objective To observe the host's immunological rejection after transplantion of irradiated allogenic nerve contained with silver. Method Eighteen healthy and adult rabbits were randomly divided into three groups(A, B, C), cut the middle of thigh to make sure the sciatic nerve defects; then A, B and C group was transplanted with irradiated homologous nerve contrained with silver, fresh allogenic nerve, and autogeneic nerve respectively. Micro-cytotoxicity in host's serum after four and eight weeks was observed. Result The mortality of lymphocyte showed no different between A and C group (P〉0.05), but A and C groups all lower than B group (P〈 0.01). Conclusion Irradiated allogenic nerve contained with silver can solve the problems of reduction of the antigenicity. It is a comparatively ideal material for nerve transplantation.
