摘　　要：企业的成长历程是企业组织不断演进和优化的过程,企业组织创新是重要的优化手段,是克服企业成长危机、推动企业可持续发展和延长企业寿命的重要途径。企业在初创期、成长期和成熟期所面临的问题不相同,因而企业组织创新也有着不同的重点,应结合企业成长的不同阶段的实际情况对组织创新活动进行有效的安排。The growth of business process is the business organization and optimization of the process of evolving, Enterprise organization innovation is an important optimization tool, is to overcome the crisis, business growth and promote sustainable development of enterprises and art important way to extend the corporate life. Enterprises in the start-up stage, growth stage and maturity of the issue is not facing the same, and thus innovation and enterprise organizations also have a different focus, should be combined at different stages of business growth, the actual situation on the organizational innovation activities, effective arrangements.
