摘 要:[目的]探索天然牙透明层在牙体组织上的分布规律,为口腔技师的义齿仿真修复制作提供参考,以提高修复体的美学质量,从而满足临床需求。[方法]采用直接观察216例被观察者口腔中上颌中切牙透明层分布部位的方法,同时采集了被观察者上颌中切牙的照片,分别对被观察者上颌中切牙透明层的分布进行分类总结,分析透明层在天然牙上的分布部位及分布规律。[结果]研究发现上颌中切牙透明层的分布大致有3种类型:A类.透明层覆盖整个牙冠,使牙冠整体看上去明亮;B类.透明层仅覆盖切缘;C类.透明层分布于切缘与邻接面。在16~29岁人群中,A类和B类所占比例明显高于C类,A类和B类的男性共占90%,A类和B类的女性共占95.5%;在30~45岁人群中,C类增多,C类的男性占14.3%,女性占7.1%;45岁以上,A类之外,邻接面有显著变透明的倾向,即C类明显增多,C类男性占34%,女性占30.8%。[结论]上颌中切牙透明层在牙体组织上有一定的分布规律。不同年龄阶段的天然牙透明层表现出不同的分布特征;同一年龄阶段中,性别不同,其透明层的分布规律不同。[Objective] The purpose of this research was to seek for the regularity of natural human teeth's translucent layer distribution.To provide some guidance for the technician on the design and simulation of prosthesis and make a solid foundation for high quality prosthesis,further to meet clinical requirements.[Methods] According to the inclusion criteria,216 pieces of upper central incisors in the oral cavity were directly observed by the viewer's eyes,meanwhile,216 pieces images of upper central incisors were also carefully recorded.Through the direct observation to 216 pieces of upper central incisors,the position of the translucent layer on the specimens were seriously recorded to discover the laws of translucent layer distribution of natural human teeth.[Results] There were 3 categories concerning translucent layer distribution on upper central incisors:A.The translucent layer could not be completely discriminated.That is to say,the dental crown was completely covered by translucent ...更多layer to result in the dental crown seems to be bright entirely.B.There was only translucent layer in the incisal edge of dental crown.C.Translucent layer was distributed in the incisal edge of dental crown and approximal surface of dental crown.Volunteers aged from 16 to 29,the proportion in the A and B categories was highly more than that of C,in category A and category B,men accounted for 90%,women 95.5%;however,volunteers aged from 30 to 45,the C category increased significantly,in category C,men accounted for 14.3%,women 7.1%;above the age of 45,besides A category,there was a significant tendency to become translucent in the approximal surface of dental crown(C category),in category C,men accounted for 34%,women 30.8%.[Conclusion] There is significant regularity on translucent layer distribution of upper central teeth.Individuals at different ages have different characteristics on the translucent layer distribution of natural human tooth,furthermore,in the same age groups,the distributing law of the transluce
