摘　　要：把科学发展观要求内化为高校科学发展的办学思路,是当前高校改革发展的主旋律。广东电大践行科学发展观,准确把握办学定位,解决发展方向问题;完善"双机驱动"办学模式,形成新的发展模式;加强内涵建设,提高综合实力;锻造大学精神,构建和谐校园;推进党的建设,为学校改革发展提供保障。It is a main theme of higher education reform to internalize the requirement of the Scientific Concept of Development into school-running thoughts. Guangdong TVU practices the Scientific Concept of Development,accurately defines its educational position,solves the development orientation problem,perfects the Double Drive school-running mode,and forms a new development mode. Guangdong TVU will strengthen its connotative construction,enhance its comprehensive strength,forge its spirit,build a harmonious campus,push forward the Party construction,and secure a solid foundation for its reform and development.
