摘　　要：近年来,海洛因问题成为我国面临的重大难题之一.缰核作为边缘系统与脑干联络的中继站,与药物成瘾密切相关.但是目前国际国内缰核对海洛因成瘾作用的研究很少,为此将缰核和海洛因成瘾联系的研究进展做一综述,旨在为海洛因成瘾提供一些有价值的线索.Heroin-taking has been remaining to be one of the major social problems in China for government to tackle. Not only Habenular acts as the connection between the limbic system and the brain stem, but also closely associated with the drug addiction. Considering the fact that the research on the effect of habenular to heroin addiction has not been sufficiently conducted nationwide, and the relevant reports been scarce, in this paper the author exerts some efforts on studying this aspect in the hope of offering some valuable clues for heroin addiction treatment.
