摘 要:利用膜分离技术取代传统甜菊糖甙生产工艺中的絮凝过程。甜菊叶浸泡液过一级膜除杂、过二级膜浓缩,再经过大孔吸附树脂后喷雾干燥得到产品甜菊糖甙。甜菊糖甙纯度为82.13%,收率为10.6%。本方法简化了甜菊糖甙生产工艺,提高了生产效率,给企业带来更高效益的同时实现了清洁生产。The flocculation of traditional steviosides production technology was replaced by membrane separation technology. The sweet stevia immersion water was purified by the first membrane equipment and concentrated by the second membrane equipment ,and dried by spray evaporation after passing through big porous adsorption rosin to obtain steviosides. The purity of steviosides was 82.13% and the yield was 10.6%. The method predigests steviosides production technology and heightens production efficiency. It takes more benefit for corporation and realizes clean production.
