摘　　要：综述纤维素酶在提取银杏叶黄酮及其苷元转化中的应用,为中药黄酮类的进一步研究开发利用提供参考。In order to provide references for further study and exploitation on the flavonoids in traditional Chinese medicine, the application of cellulase in the extraction and bioconversion of flavonoids from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba is reviewed in this paper.
