血清TSGF测定及其临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清肿瘤相关物质群（TSGF）在几种恶性肿瘤中的变化及其临床意义。方法在Abbott C8000生化仪上用化学法进行测定。先行测定TSGF当量，再用换算公式计算TSGF含量，其公式为TSGF含量=100—0．18×TSGF当量。结果（1）恶性肿瘤组与正常对照组比较，TSGF测定值差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。（2）恶性肿瘤组经有效放疗／化疗／介入治疗后，TSGF测定值及阳性率都有不同程度的下降。结论血清TSGF测定在实体肿瘤的早期诊断及疗效观察中发挥重要作用。Objective To study serum TSGF changes in several kinds of malignant tumors and its clinical significances. Methods Serum TSGF level were detected by chemical colorimetry in Abbott C8000 Analyzer. Results （ 1 ） Serum TSGF levels were significantly elevated in patients with malignant tumors as compared with those in healthy control. （2）The serum TSGF levels decreased remarkably in the patients who took effective radiotherapy/chemotherapy/interventional therapy. Conclusion The serum TSGF is usefull in early clinical diagnosis of malignannt tumors and it palys an important role in observing efficiency of treatment and monitoring course of the disease.
