摘　　要：副溶血性弧菌是一种主要的食源性致病菌,在食品特别是水产品中的污染状况非常严重。为了加深对副溶血性弧菌的认识,降低食源性疾病的风险。作者就副溶血性弧菌的污染状况、分子检测方法和分子分型技术进行了概述。Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a kind of food-borne pathogenic bacterium, which can seriously pollute food, especially seafood. To provide a better understanding of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and reduce its infection hazard, this paper summarizes the pollution status, molecular detection methods and molecular typing methods.
