摘  要:目的探索案例教学在护理心理学教学中的效果。方法实验组实施案例教学,对照组实施传统教学,结束授课后,采用调查问卷和统一命题测验两种方法来检测案例教学的效果。结果实验组与对照组在调查问卷的10个项目上的应答结果均存在显著性差异,说明对实验组的案例教学效果优于对照组的传统教学法。结论护理心理学教学中采用案例教学有其特定的优势,但也存在一定的不足。Objective To study the effects of case-based teaching in teaching of nursing psychology. Methods Case-based teaching was adopted in experimental group while the traditional teaching method was used in con- trol group. After teaching, a questionnaire-based investigation and unified examination detected the effects of case-based teaching. Results Experimental group and control group differed significantly in answers to the 10 questionnaire items, showing that case-based teaching was superior to the traditional one. Conclusion Case- based method in nursing psychology teaching has its specific advantages, but it also has some shortcomings.
