摘  要:Fas系统作为调节人体凋亡的重要因子,在众多凋亡相关性疾病,如弥漫性间质性肺疾病、心力衰竭、移植排斥反应、肿瘤等中均起重要作用。Fas系统可以与疾病之间相互影响,Fas系统功能正常时,可使异常细胞凋亡;Fas系统功能异常时,异常细胞可以逃避免疫监视得以存活并形成疾病,进一步影响Fas系统的稳定。研究表明,Fas系统的变化不仅可以判断人体疾病的状态,而且对于疾病的治疗有重要的指导意义。Fas system as an important factor in regulating apoptosis in the human body, which played important roles in a number of apoptosis-related diseases, such as diffuse interstitial lung disease,heart.failure,transplant rejection, cancer, etc. Fas system and diseases to influence each other, when Fas system function was normal,abnormal cells can apoptosis, Fas system was abnormal, the abnormal cells can evade immune surveillance to survive and develop the disease which can further influence the stability of Fas system. Studies have shown that Fas system not only can determine the changes in the state of human disease, but also have important guidance for disease treatment.
