摘　　要：Survivin是新近发现的一种凋亡抑制基因,是凋亡抑制基因家族的成员。Survivin表达于胚胎发育时期,而在大部分正常及分化成熟的组织中不表达。Survivin也高表达于大部分的人类肿瘤组织,其在肿瘤组织中的表达与肿瘤的侵袭性、预后和复发密切相关。它的高表达使其在临床靶向治疗的研究受到越来越多的关注,以Survivin为靶点的反义核苷酸和RNA干扰在泌尿系肿瘤的研究,可能为泌尿系肿瘤的治疗提供新的方法。Survivin is a recently discovered protein belonging to the inhibitor of apoptosis （IAP）gene family. Survivin is expressed during embryonal development but is absent in most normal, terminally differentiated tissues. Survivin is also upregulated in a variety of human cancers, and its expression in tumors is associated with a more aggressive phenotype,prognosis and recurrence. Its high expression makes more and more people pay attention to the research of the clinical targeted therapy. The research of the antisence nucleotide and RNA interference target point to Survivin in the urinary tumors may provide a new method for the therapy to urinary tumors.
