摘　　要：通过分析油气田地面建设工程质量监督管理的现状,提出了构建油气田地面建设工程质量监督管理体系的设想,阐述了质量监督工作流程及信息沟通方式,重点对质量监督管理的方法和措施进行了研究。This paper analyzes the current supervision and management situation of oil and gas field surface construction engineering quality. The authors raised assumptions on how to structure a supervision and management system of oil and gas field surface con- struction engineering quality, and expounded flow of supervision as well as message communication means, and primarily studied the methods and measures of quality supervision and management.
