摘 要:目的:测定中药白胡椒中胡椒碱的含量。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,电泳条件为石英毛细管柱(50μm×90cm,实际长度81.5cm),运行缓冲液为0.02mol/LNa2HPO4:0.02mol/LNaH2PO4=95:5(16℃时pH=8.6),分离电压为28kV,压力进样30mbar×8s,温度为25℃,检测波长为343nm。结果:胡椒碱在0.05~0.30mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率分别为99.82%,99.95%,100.20%;RSD分别为0.30%,0.69%,0.29%(n=3)。结论:高效毛细管电泳法可用于测定白胡椒中胡椒碱的含量。Objective:To determine the content of Piperine in Fructus piperis.Methods:Apply the methods of HPCE,and the best condition was using the quartz capillary tube(50μm×90cm,practical length is 81.5cm),0.02mol/L Na_2HPO_4:0.02mol/L NaH_2PO_4=95:5(pH=8.6 at 16℃)buffer,pressure injection 30mbar×8s,at a constant voltage of 28kV and temperature at 25℃.It was detected on 343nm.Results:Piperine had a good linearity within 0.05~0.30mg/mL(r=0.9995),and the average recovery were 99.82%,99.95%,100.20% with RSD 0.30%,0.69%,0.29%(n=3).Conclusion:This method is feasible for determination of Piperine in Fructus piperis.
