摘　　要：氧对维持机体生命活动十分重要。缺氧不仅是航空医学和运动医学的一个重要研究课题,同时缺氧也是临床上许多疾病所共有的一个基本病理过程,引起机体一系列损伤性改变。目前,临床上常用的抗缺血缺氧的西药主要有钙通道阻滞剂、自由基清除剂和一些中枢抑制药,这些药物虽然具有较明显的作用,但是这些药物毒副作用较大。近年来,中药在抗缺氧损伤方面的作用逐渐被人们所关注,具有良好的应用和开发前景。对近年来中药抗缺氧损伤的研究进行综述。Oxygen is very important to maintain the body on the activity of life.Hypoxia is an important research topic in aviation medicine and sports medicine,while hypoxia is also a fundamental pathological process in a lot of clinical diseases,caused a series of changes in body.At present,On commonly used clinical anti-ischemic hypoxia of Western medicine mainly are calcium channel blockers,free radical scavenger and inhibitor of some central,Although these drugs have a more pronounced role,there are more effects of these drugs.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine on the role of Anti-hypoxic injury is more concerned and has a good application and development prospect.The author reviewed the study of traditional Chinese medicine on the role of Anti-hypoxic injury in recent years.
