摘 要:试验选择从添加磷矿粉的高温堆肥样品中筛选出1株耐高温无机磷降解菌,以培养温度、培养时间、磷矿粉添加量和菌剂接种量为主要因素,采用L16(45)正交试验设计,对不同参数条件下解磷菌的解磷能力进行了研究。结果表明,培养时间对无机磷降解菌的解磷量及解磷率的影响最为显著,在培养基中磷矿粉添加量、菌剂接种量分别为7.0g·L-1和5mL·L-1,在45℃下培养22d后,发酵液中解磷总量达到最大(327.60μg·mL-1);在培养基中磷矿粉添加量和菌剂接种量分别为4.0g·L-1和11mL·L-1,50℃下培养22d后,接种解磷微生物的解磷率最大(37.55%)。A strain of thermostable bacterium was screened from the samples of municipal solid waste composting with the pre-mixing rock phosphate, and its culturing conditions were optimized according to culturing temperature, culturing time, quantity of rock phosphate and inoculum size of microor- ganisms. During the culturing stage, the quantity and the rate of dissolved phosphorus were analyzed after L16 (4s) orthogonal experiments had been designed and carried out. There was a significant relation between the culturing time and the quantities of dissolved phosphorus, as well as the rate of dissolved phosphorus of the bacteria. The total amount of solubilizing phosphorus in the fermentation broth achieved a maximum of 327.6 μg· mL^-1 after 22 d of culturing at 45 ℃, in which the content of rock phosphate added in the culturing medium was 7.0 g·L^-1 and the inoculum size of microorganism was 5 mL· L^-1. The rate of dissolved phosphorus also achieved the maximum(37.55%) after 22 d cultured at 50 ℃, with 4 g·-L^11 rock phosphate and 11 mL· L^-1 inoculum size.
