进一步推进浙江民营企业上市的对策

摘　　要：浙江民营企业虽然已经取得了较大的成绩,但有些骨干民营企业对上市仍存在疑虑和观望态度,有些民营企业的上市动机和目的还处于较低层次,且民企上市公司的区域分布也不尽合理,有些上市民企的综合素质还有待进一步提高,各地政府的推动政策和举措较类同,因此,需要民企自身与政府两方面的共同努力,才能使民企上市得到进一步的发展。Although Zhejiang private enterprises have achieved great success, some key enterprises are still skeptical toward being listed and take a wait - and - see policy; some private enterprises are in a low stage on its motivation and aim of going public ; the regional distribution of private enterprises is not reasonable enough ; the comprehensive quality of some listed private enterprises needs to be improved ; and the policies and measures of local governments on this issue are similar. Due to the above problems, the private enterprises and governments should make joint efforts so as to promote the development of private enterprises ＇ being listed.
