摘 要:随着市场经济体制的日臻完善,宏观环境因素对企业绿色管理行为的直接影响正在解构。已有研究表明,企业绿色管理行为实质上是市场机制下企业的自组织行为。基于此,本文剥离了宏观环境因素对企业绿色管理行为的影响,基于市场和企业互动关系的视角,从市场导向因素、企业内部因素和企业绿色管理行为三个角度,构建了企业绿色管理行为的形成路径模型。通过对我国东北地区302家企业的实证数据分析,验证了理论模型及相关假设,并提出了相应的公共政策建议。实证结果表明:(1)市场导向因素与企业绿色管理行为间并无直接关系,而是通过企业内部因素对企业绿色管理行为产生影响;(2)市场导向因素和企业内部各因素之间均存在着相互作用,从而明晰了市场导向下企业绿色管理行为的形成机理。With the market economic system is getting more sophisticated, the direct influence of macro-environmental factors on enterprise green management (EGM) behaviors is weakening. Many researches have shown that EGM behaviors under the market mechanism belong to self-organizing. Based on this, this paper constructs a three-factor path model about the drivers of EGM behaviors and applies structural equation models to test the theoretical model with the data of 302 questionnaires in North-East Areas of China which is from the view of interaction of market and enterprise, and puts forward the public policy advice. The results show that there is no direct relationship between EGM behaviors and market-oriented factors, and market-oriented factors play a role through the enterprise internal factors. The various dimensions of market-oriented factors are also significant correlated. Environmental pressures from competitors and environmental requirements of clients infect enterprise internal factors through environmental friendliness of suppliers. The various dimensions of enterprise internal factors are also significant correlated. Environmental protection intention of enterprises is positively related to technological innovation capability, and technological innovation capability is negatively related to green costs. On the basis of the empirical research, it also finds that green benchmark effect of competitors can promote green management behaviors, but it also increases the pressure of enterprise production and reduces enterprise performance, which will result that the enterprise has no time to take into account the high-input green management behaviors. As the member of supply chain does not establish an effective collaborative relationship in the practice of Chinese supply chain management, it is difficult to build vertical business contacts and feedback functions which are based on the considerations of environmental friendliness.
