摘 要:以烤烟为供试作物,研究了不同磷肥用量对烤烟化学成分和香气物质含量的影响。结果表明:磷能降低烟叶中淀粉含量,缩小上下部位间烟碱差异,改善烟叶的氮碱比,显著提高苯甲醇、氧化异佛尔酮、巨豆三烯酮、新植二烯等主要香气成分的含量,改善烟叶的香吃味。其中磷用量为90 kg/hm2处理的烟叶化学成分协调性最好,主要香气物质成分含量及香气总量最高。This study was conducted to determine the effects of phosphorus application on chemical components and aroma substance contents of flue-cured tobacco leaves. Results showed that phosphorus fertilizer could decrease the starch content, reduce the differences between upper and lower leaves and improve the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine. Meanwhile, phosphorus application could significantly increase the main aroma components contents, such as benzyl alcohol, keto-isophorone, megastigmatrienone, and neophytadiene, resulting in the improvement of aroma and taste of tobacco leaves. Among all of the treatments, the tobacco leaves in treatment with phosphorus rate of 90 kg/hm^2 exhibited the optimum coordination of chemical components and the highest contents of main aroma components.
