摘 要:针对环境污染加剧,许多地区菜田土壤和蔬菜重金属含量升高,甚至出现污染超标威胁农产品质量安全的现状,在河北省典型菜田开展土壤和蔬菜重金属含量状况的调查研究。结果表明:永年县蔬菜田土壤Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd平均含量分别是30.40 mg/kg、97.26 mg/kg、45.40 mg/kg和0.40 mg/kg,均符合国家规定的无公害蔬菜基地土壤环境质量标准;蔬菜可食部位重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd平均含量分别为0.55 mg/kg、3.59 mg/kg、0.058 mg/kg和0.019 mg/kg(鲜重),与目前国家制定的有关食品卫生标准相比均未超标;土壤重金属Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd的形态分布均以残渣态为主,有机结合态所占比例最小。According to the status of environmental pollution aggravating,heavy metals contents increasing in soil and vegetables in many areas,pollution exceeding standard and threatening the agricultural product quality safety,the heavy metals contents of typical vegetable soil and vegetables in Hebei Province were investigated.The results showed that the average contents of Cu,Zn,Pb and Cd in vegetable soil in Yongnian County were 30.40 mg/kg,97.26 mg/kg,45.40 mg/kg and 0.40 mg/kg,respectively,which met the national soil environmental quality standard for non-pollution vegetable production area. The average contents of Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd in edible part of vegetable were 0. 55 mg/kg, 3.59 mg/kg, 0. 058 mg/kg and 0. 019 mg/kg (fresh weight), respectively, which did not exceed the related national food hygiene standard. Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd in soil were mainly in residual state, and the organic-bound form occupied the smallest proportion.
