摘  要:通过对中国和美国农林高校毕业生就业状况及就业市场的比较分析,借鉴美国高校毕业生就业政策的经验,从市场供求理论的角度,指出中国农林高校毕业生就业的难点在于就业市场需求不平衡,供给机制失衡,招生规模增长过快,学科专业结构调整滞后,毕业生就业能力培养机制空缺,就业反馈机制不健全。提出坚持市场导向,吸引企业参与,提高毕业生自主就业的能力,学校做好辅助工作等相关措施。The employment situation and market in China and America were compared. In view of the market supply and demand theory, using American polices of universities graduates employment as the reference experiences, the difficulities in employment of Chinese agricultural and forestry universities graduates were pointed out, namely the demand of employment market and the supply mechanism was unbalanced, the enrollment scale developed rapidly, the disciplines and specialties structures adjustment logged, the graduates' employment abilities training mechanism was deficient, and the feedback mechanism of employment was unperfect. The countermeasures were put forward including insisting on the market orientation, attracting the enterprise participation, improving the the graduates' abilities of self-determination employment and providing help by universities.
