摘　　要：目的了解医学院校中相关群体对自杀的知识、态度及危机干预的需求情况,为建立有效预防大学生自杀机制提供理论依据。方法采用自行编制的定性调查提纲,对安徽省3所医学院校的学生、辅导员、学生管理部门领导3个群体共49人进行个人深入访谈。结果访谈的目标人群中,少数学生和辅导员对于自杀行为持理解态度。多数辅导员和学生管理部门领导认为学校心理危机和自杀预防机构的运转情况一般或不好。学生认为学校对心理危机学生的关怀措施是心理咨询中心、心理社团、心理健康教育课等。多数辅导员和学生管理部门领导认为心理危机的防治存在发现难、沟通难的问题。结论需要加强对高校学生的心理健康教育,加大对高校心理危机干预机构的投入和宣传力度,发挥其在危机干预中的主导作用。Objective To learn status of related groups＇ suicidal knowledge, attitude and crisis intervention demand in medical colleges, and to provide reference for the establishment of effective suicidal preventive mechanism. Methods Student, assistant and learder of student adminis- tration groups total 49 presons from 3 medical colleges were interviewed in depth with self-conducted qualitative questionnaire outlines. Results Few students and assistants had positive attitude to suicide, most assistants and learders of student administration thought college psychological crisis and suicidal prevention agency operated normal or poor. Students thought psychological counseling center, psychological association and mental health education were the caring measures school apply to psychological crisis students. Most assistants and learders of student administration found there were discoverable and communicative difficulties in psychological crisis prevention. Conclusion Psychological health education should be strengthened in college, and the investment and propaganda for college psychological crisis prevention agency should be increased, so that it can play the leading role in crisis intervention.
