摘 要:通过比较分析,发现金黄地鼠尿液中蛋白、尿素氮、钾、钠、钙等明显高于大白鼠;金黄地鼠尿液粘稠,比重大,干枯后显白色,主要与尿液中高磷酸盐结晶、高蛋白及高尿素氮等有关。提出在蛋白从尿中大量损失后,仍未见金黄地鼠出现蛋白质缺乏性病理变化,其原因值得深究。金黄地鼠能否作为自发性高蛋白尿实验动物模型,有待进一步研究。The comparison of urine components was conducted between golden hamsters and rats. Theresults showed that the amount of protein (PRO), urine urea nitrogen (BUN), K+, Na+, Ca2+ from golden hamsters urine was significantly more than that of rats (P<0.01). High specific density and mucosity in urine of golden hamster were found. The white color of dried urine in golden hamster was related to high protein, urea nitrogen and phosphate of crystallization in urine. The pathologic change of protein deficiency was not found although there was a great amount of urine protein lost in golden hamster. A fur ther study is needed to explore if golden hamster can be taken as animal model of spontaneous hyperproteinuria.
