摘  要:过程控制中的某些对象参数通常具有非线性和时变特性,针对这一特点,宜采用模糊控制算法。本文通过理论计算和实验分析,明确了查询表模糊控制算法中误差量化因子Ke、误差变化量化因子Kec和控制输出比例因子Ku三个参数的具体作用,在此基础上设计了一种三参数全程变化的模糊控制算法,并将该算法应用在PCS-99过程控制综合实验系统的单容液位系统过程控制中,达到了预期的控制效果。It is well-known that in process control field, the characteristics of non-linear and time-variant broadly exist in some control object parameters. Faced to these peculiarities, fuzzy control algorithm is a promising technique. In this paper, based on both theoretical computation and experimental analysis, the functions of three fundamental factors are specifed: including error factor Ke, error change factor Kec, and control output factor Ku, in the table-query fuzzy control algorithm. In addition, based on this foundation, a fuzzy control algorithm that globally tunes the three parameters simultaneously are designed. Furthermore, this algorithm into a single-capacity water height level process control system are applied, called PCS-99 process control integrated experimental system. The results obtained successfully meets predefined requirement.
