测绘专业应用创新型人才的基本内涵及特征

摘　　要：应用创新型人才应该具有比较深厚的理论知识、积极创新的思维观念、坚韧不拔的意志品质和认识事物的整体观念。其基本特征是具有独立的人格品质、自由的精神状态、浓厚的工作兴趣、敏锐的观察能力和较强的协作精神。测绘行业应用创新型人才必须要具有实践性的特征。应用创新型人才培养应该从细微、具体的生活、工作和学习中进行。Applicable innovative talents should be qualified with profound theory knowledge,active innovative thought concept,fortitudinous will and the whole concept understanding objects.Its basic feature is to have independent personality,free spirit status,strong working interest,acute observing ability and strong cooperative spirit.Applicable innovative talents in mapping industry should have practical characteristics.Its training should be conducted from detailed specific life,work and study.
