制药工程专业认识实习的实践与思考

摘　　要：总结了制药工程专业学生认识实习的经验,进而对实习过程中出现的新问题进行了思考.针对出现的问题提出了将实习基地建设纳入学校统一管理、建立校内实习基地作为校外实习的补充、建立实习辅导教师聘任制度、培养企业急需的合格毕业生、以校企科研合作促进实习基地建设的解决矛盾的途径,旨在为提高制药工程专业毕业生素质以适应市场经济的需求.The experiences of teached cognition practices for many years were summarized and the problems appeared in recent years were explored. The possible methods include unified management of practising base by school, established the practising base in school which can as a supplement of the out school practice, estab- lished the Tenure-Track of practice helping teacher, cultivated the qualified graduating students who could meet the needs of manufacturing enterprises, constructed the practising base by school-enterprise cooperant research in scientific that could resolve these problems were proposed. The aim of this paper was to improve the quality of pharmaceutical engineering major graduates who would content with the requirements of the market economy.
