摘　　要：实验室在建设与管理的过程中,仅注重设备的先进性和功能室的数量是不够的,还要注重建设与管理理念的准确定位。我校物理实验室以正确合理的理念为指导,注重特色,敢于创新,使实验室的建设与管理与我校具体实际情况相适应,取得了突出的成绩。The construction and management of the laboratory which need not only advanced equipment and more function rooms,but also the correct idea.The physical laboratory in our university has a correct idea,and pay attention to the characteristic and the innovation.For this,the laboratory has acquired a lot of achievements.
