摘  要:教师面对来自于国家教育政策、教育专家、学校和家长等方面有冲突的要求而感到困惑.这种困惑影响到教师对课堂教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、师生交往及教学评价等方面的选择取舍,严重者会导致教师在教学中无法在国家利益、学校利益、家庭利益、学生利益之中进行优先选择.原因可能是教师的个人教育哲学尚未成熟的缘故.Teachers are faced with conflicts from national education policies, educational experts, schools and householders in classroom teaching, which makes them confused in standpoint selection. This confusion appears in many aspects, such as classroom teaching aim, classroom teaching contents, classroom teaching methods, intercourse between teachers and students, classroom teaching evaluation etc. Impersonal cause is conflict of interest among nation, schools, families and students. Subjective cause is immature individual philosophy of education. In order to cast off confusion, teachers should shape mature individual philosophy of education first and then unifying them in classroom teaching.
