摘　　要：分析项目的投资费用和工期的变动情况,并给出相应的信息,以便发生偏差时能够对偏差进行分析和判断,并对它们各自未来的发展趋势做出科学的预测与判断。赢得值管理技术就是对工程项目任何阶段、任一时间的进度和资源的使用情况做出科学的分析,并能分析偏差、预测发展趋势的方法,可以对计量支付工作起到指导作用。It analyzed the changes of project investment costs and duration,got reflected information in order to analyze and judge the deviation when it occurs,and can predict and judge the tendency in the future.Earned value management techniques are to use of resources to make a scientific analysis at any stage and time,to analyze deviations,forecasting trends,and methods.It can guide the work in measurement and payment.
