屈光不正患者的AC/A比率

摘　　要：目的探讨屈光不正患者ＡＣ／Ａ比率均值及其特点。方法用ＴＳＪ－３型同视机测定屈光不正２７０例ＡＣ／Ａ比率。行扩瞳验光后，在复验时裸眼及戴矫正眼镜各测量一次；按平时是否戴镜分组，并同正常人ＡＣ／Ａ比率作对比。将两类屈光不正分别行不同年龄、性别和屈光程度组的统计分析。结果戴矫正眼镜ＡＣ／Ａ比率均值，近视眼为３４７±１９４△／Ｄ，远视眼为２０１±１４３△／Ｄ，二者和其分别同正常人间均有极显著的差异（Ｐ＜００１）。近视眼和远视眼的ＡＣ／Ａ比率大体上随年龄的增长和屈光度的增高而减少。近视眼ＡＣ／Ａ比率与性别无关（Ｐ＞００５），远视眼女性显著高于男性（Ｐ＜００５）。平时戴镜３个月以上者，ＡＣ／Ａ比率趋于正常。结论经矫正的屈光不正患者ＡＣ／Ａ比率均值，近视眼高于正常，远视眼低于正常。Abstract Objective To find out the AC/A ratio average value and characteristic of ametrope. Methods The AC/A ratio of 270 cases of ametrope were detected with TSJ-3 synoptophore. After mydriasis and optometry, we detected the AC/A ratio again. Twice detection had been done first at the time when they were naked eyes, second when they wear orthotic glasses. They were divided into two groups according to whether they wear orthotic glasses or not at ordinary times. Their AC/A ratios were compared to that detected from normal peoples. The statistical analysis of AC/A ratios of two kinds of ametrope in different groups of age, sex and diopter had been done. Results The AC/A ratio average value of ametrope who wear orthotic glasses is 3 47±1 94Δ/D in myope and 2 01±1 43Δ/D in hyperope, both of them has very significance difference with normal people (P<0 01). Usually the AC/A ratio of myope and hyperope is decrease with the increase of age and diopter. In the myope, AC/A have no relationship with the sex (P>0 05), but in the hyperope females have a significant higher AC/A ratio than males (P<0 05). The AC/A ratio is close to normal for those ametropes who wear their glasses more than three month. Conclusion In the corrected ametrope, the myope have a higher average value of AC/A ratio than the normal, and the hyperope have a lower average value of AC/A ratio than the normal. Wearing of orthotic glasses can make convergence and regulation recovered or closed to balanced.
