摘　　要：目的观察多术式羟基磷灰石义眼台期Ⅰ植入重建眼窝的临床效果。方法对47例(47只眼)眼球摘除或眼内容物摘除后分别行羟基磷灰石义眼台肌锥腔植入(13例13只眼)、自体巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石义眼台肌锥腔植入(24例24只眼)、羟基磷灰石义眼台巩膜腔植入(10例10只眼)。术后2～3周安装仿真义眼片。结果本组47例病例中仅1例结膜伤口裂开,经重新缝合后愈合,其余病例结膜创口均Ⅰ期愈合。随访3～24月,无感染、义眼台暴露等并发症,眼窝饱满,美容效果满意。结论羟基磷灰石义眼台I期植入眼窝重建安全有效,并发症少,是眼球摘除术后眼窝重建的一种较好治疗选择。Objective To observe the clinical effect on socket reconstruction after evisceration with hydroxyapatite orbital implants by multi - operative method. Methods After evisceration of 47 eyeballs or orbital contents, the hydroxyapatite orbital implants were implanted into muscular pyramid in 13 cases （13 eyes） and implanted into sclerotic cavity in 10 cases （10 eyes） respectively, and the hydroxyapatite orbital implants encapsulated with autologous selera were implanted into muscular pyramid in 24 cases （24 eyes）. The pseudo - ophthalmic lenses were installed at 2 - 3 weeks after surgery. Results All patients were followed up from 3 months to 2 years. The conjunctivas healed in 46 cases, and conjunctival split appeared in one case which cured with resuturation. The orbital socket was full and cosmetic results were satisfactory in all patients. There was no infection and implant exposure. Conclusions The socket reconstruction after evisceration with hydroxyapatite orbital implantats is a good and safe choice, with satisfactory results and less complications.
