读《乐记》,品侗歌——和谐语境下的侗族习惯法社会功能解析

摘　　要：《乐记》是儒家经典中的名篇,为西汉成帝时戴圣所辑,内容涉及音乐的许多方面,是儒家音乐理论专著。侗族大歌作为民间艺术精品,它浓缩着整个民族的文化精髓,折射着整个民族的全部历史,凝结着整个民族的精神素质,诠释着整个民族的生命内涵。以《礼记.乐记》所谈音乐理论和社会理论为基础,解释侗族和谐语境下侗歌所体现的传统习惯法的社会功能。Left, a famous piece among Confucian works edited by Dai Sheng during the time of Chengdi of the Han Dynasty, involves varied aspects of music and is often treated as a masterpiece on Confucian music theories. As a Chinese folk art, the Dong Chorus is a condensed form of Dong cultural highlight, reflecting the history, the spiritual qualities, and the life connotations of the Dong people as a whole. The paper, on the basis of the music and social theories described in the great works of Leji, is to explain the social functions of Dong conventional law in a harmonious context.
