摘  要:以MgO-Al2O3-SiO2三元系统相图为理论依据,较深入地研究了广丰滑石等主要原料对提高瓷胎机械强度的影响,确定了低温下成瓷的坯釉配方,制定出较为合理的工艺路线。研制的镁质强化瓷产品规整、色泽柔和,各项指标达到日用瓷器优质瓷标准。经检测,瓷胎中存在一定量的顽火辉石和堇青石,并与针状莫来石交织在一起,从而提高了瓷胎的机械强度。Roles of main raw materials like Guangfeng talc in increasing the mechanical strength of porcelain have been studied on the basis of the phase diagram of MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system; the recipes of body and glaze for low temperature porcelain have been determined and the reasonable route for its preparation have been found. The reinforced magnesia porcelain products that are perfect in shape and soft in color have attained the standards for high quality domestic porcelain. Test results show, the porcelain body exhibits higher mechanical strength because it contains enstatite and cordierite which are intermingled with acicular mullite.
