摘  要:选择轻质碳酸钙作固化剂,加适量黏合剂(聚乙二醇溶液),将含Cr3+67%的胜利采油院有机铬交联剂(墨绿色液体)固化,按1∶1质量比将固化交联剂与成球促进剂(微晶纤维素)混合,加适量黏合剂,在挤出滚圆机上制成粒度1632目的素丸,再以乙基纤维素水分散体为包衣剂,在给定工艺条件下用流化床法制成覆膜有机铬交联剂。根据70℃下在水中的铬释放率曲线和聚合物-交联剂体系黏度发展曲线,确定覆膜后最佳热处理温度为60℃,包衣膜厚度(以素丸质量增加率表示)决定延缓交联时间,当素丸质量增加率由10%增大到40%时,实验成胶体系黏度增加到10Pa·s以上所需的时间由16h延长到32h,包衣膜厚度可按要求选择。使用微胶囊化的交联剂可使聚合物溶液成胶时间明显延后。An organic Chromium crosslinker( OCrC ), being a dark green liquid, containing 67% Cr3+ and developed by Shengli Oil Production Research Institute, was solidified by using a specially chosen absorbent, light calcium carbonate, and an adhesive, polyethylene glycol solution;the solidified OCrC and an agglomeration promotor, microcrystalline cellulose, were mixed with adhesive and the mixed material was moulded into spherical particles of size 16--32 mesh; these particles were coated by ethyl cellulose dispersed in water through a fluidized bed process under given technologic conditions. According to chromium cation releasing rate of coated solidified OCrC in water at 70℃ and viscosity rise of polymer-coated solidified OCrC gelling solution, it was found that the optimal thermal treatment temperature was of 60℃ for coated solidified OCrC and the thickness of Coating,expressed in mass gain of the solidified OCrC particles, was a determinative factor for delayed gelation, and the time duration needed for the viscosity of the experimental gelling solution to exceed 10 Pa's was enlarged from 16 to 32 hrs when the mass gain increased from 10% to 40%. With the encapsulated OCrC used, significant delay in gelation of polymer-OCrC gelling solutions was observed.
