摘 要:设计了一种小型的生物发酵控制系统,系统由主节点、测控节点、PC机构成.系统主节点及测控节点采用单片机设计完成,PC机软件采用VC++6.0设计.系统主节点采用C8051F040作为控制核心,使用CAN总线与测控节点通信,与PC机采用串行通信,可以控制多个发酵罐的温度及搅拌发酵,易于系统扩展.应用实践表明,系统功能可满足需求,成本低,适用于小型的发酵罐控制.The design of a small-sized controlling system of fermentation process was introduced. The whole controlling system consists of the main controlling node, measurement nodes and the PC computer. A kind of micro-controller is used in the design of the main controlling node and the measurement nodes. The application software of PC computer was designed using VC. The main controlling node using C8051F040 as the control core communicates with the measurement nodes by CAN-bus and it communicates with the PC computer by serial communication. The communication modes help to control the temperature and the stirring of several fermentation tanks and to extend the system easily. The practice demonstrates the whole controlling system has met the demand and is suitable for controlling the small-sized fermentation tanks with its low-cost characteristic.
