摘　　要：当下的网络文化迅猛发展,但在其发展过程中也带来了文化污染、伦理认知冲突、文化冲突等负面影响。图书馆作为高校信息道德规范的重要部门,应加强监管,合理规划,从而推动高校网络文化的健康发展。The net culture is developing rapidly but the development has also brought about some negative effects in culture pollution, ethics cognition conflict and culture conflict. Libraries as important departments which srandarize college information ethics should strengthen supervision and plan rationally so as to promote the healthy development of the college net culture.
