摘　　要：沟通是做好图书馆各项工作的前提条件。图书馆采访人员与教学科研管理部门、学院、教师、学生、馆员以及图书供应商之间的有效沟通,将会极大地促进图书馆馆藏体系的构建,从而更好地满足读者的需求。Communication is the precondition for us to do all kinds of work well in the library and the effective communication between the library book purchasers and the administration department of teaching and research, second- grade schools; teachers, students, librarians, book suppliers will greatly promote the building of the better library preservation system, and meet the needs of the broad readers in a better way.
