二氧化碳激光与液氮冷冻治疗睑黄瘤疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:比较二氧化碳激光与液氮冷冻治疗睑黄瘤的疗效。方法:120例睑黄瘤患者随机分为二氧化碳激光治疗组和液氮冷冻治疗组两组,每组60例,对比观察治疗效果。结果:二氧化碳激光治疗组痊愈率100.0%,平均治疗次数1.1次,液氮冷冻治疗组痊愈率83.3%,平均治疗次数3.3次,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:二氧化碳激光治疗睑黄瘤疗效优于液氮冷冻。Objective To compare the efficacy of xanthelasama with CO2 laser therapy and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with xanthelasama were randamly divided into CO2 laser therapy group and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy group,60 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy were observed. Results The cure rate in CO2 laser therapy group was 100.0% ,the average therapy time was 1.1, the cure rate in liquid nitrogen cryotherapy group was 83.3%,the average therapy time was 3.3, there had significance between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CO2 laser therapy to treat xanthelasama was better than liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.
