被动吸烟对雌性小鼠卵巢功能及其胚胎发育的影响

摘　　要：吸烟对人体健康的危害已经众所周知,但在全世界范围内吸烟人数还在不断增加,更值得注意的是女性吸烟者有所增加。主动及被动吸烟不仅有害于吸烟者的健康,而且海危及下一代。但是,吸烟对人类生育能力和生殖健康的影响并没有引起人们足够的重视。有研究表明,被动吸烟可以导致女性生育功能、卵巢储备、卵细胞数量等下降,还会导致染色体异常及自发流产率升高、绝经提前等。小鼠孕早期被动吸烟可引起早期胚胎丢失,导致死胎率、吸收胎率升高。本文就吸烟对女性卵巢及其胚胎发育的影响相关研究作一综述。It is already well known that smoking is harmful to the human body health,but the population of smoking in the world scope still increases,it is noteworthy that the feminine smoker increases.Initiative and passive smoking both are harmful to smoker＇s health,also endanger the next generation.But the influence of smoking to the humanity birth ability and the reproductive health has not been brought to the people enough attention.Some researches indicated that the passive smoking might cause the drops of reproduction and function,such as decrease of ovary reserve and egg cell quantity,and also cause the increase of chromosome exceptionally and the spontaneous rate of abortion,the menopause ahead of time and so on.The passive smoking of mouse at early pregnant is possible to cause the lose of early embryo and increase of fetal embryo mortality rate and absorption embryo rate.
