大鼠局灶性脑缺血后脑组织内皮素的变化

摘　　要：为研究局灶性脑缺血后局部内皮素（ＥＴ）水平的变化，通过放射免疫法检测右大脑中动脉栓塞（Ｒ－ＭＣＡＯ）大鼠不同时间左右脑组织的ＥＴ含量，发现Ｒ－ＭＣＡＯ３０分后，脑组织ＥＴ浓度明显升高，且随缺血时间延长而继续升高，并以梗死侧为明显。Levels of brain tissue ET were assayed by RIA in rats with experimental right middle cerebral artery occusion(RMCAO). Thirty minutes after occlusion of right middle cerebral artery, ET content began to increase in rats with RMCAO. This change was much higher in the ischemic hemisphere. The observation in the present study suggests that changes of ET concentration are closely related to ischemia. Further experiments are awaited to elucidate the underlying mechanism.
