摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤瘢痕上皮癌变的相关因素。方法对正常皮肤、皮肤病理性瘢痕和瘢痕癌组织用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测Survivin、PTEN、Cx43蛋白的表达,用原位杂交法检测Cx43mRNA的表达。结果(1)Survivin在正常皮肤呈阴性表达,在皮肤瘢痕呈阳性表达,在瘢痕癌呈强阳性表达,其表达逐渐增强,瘢痕和瘢痕癌组与正常皮肤组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)PTEN,Cx43和Cx43mRNA在正常皮肤、皮肤瘢痕、瘢痕癌组织中的表达逐渐减弱,依次为强阳性、阳性、阴性,瘢痕和瘢痕癌组与正常皮肤组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。(3)Cx43和Cx43mRNA在瘢痕癌与瘢痕中的表达有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Survivin的高表达,PTEN和连接蛋白43的低表达与皮肤瘢痕癌变有相关性。Objective To explore the related factors of cancerization of skin scar epithelium. Methods The expression of survivin, PTEN and Cx43 proteins was detected in normal skin tissues, skin scar tissues and skin scar carcinoma tissues by the immunohistochemical method of SP, and that of Cx43mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization. Results （1） The expressions of survivin in normal skin, skin scar and scar carcinoma tissues were weakly positive, positive and strong positive respectively, the expression levels were increased gradually, and the expression levels of survivin in skin sear, skin scar carcinoma were significantly higher than that in normal skin. （2） The expressions levels of PTEN, and that of Cx43 protein and mRNA in normal skin, skin scar and skin scar carcinoma were lowered gradually, and those in skin scar and skin scar carcinoma were significantly lower than that in normal skin. （3） There was significant difference in the expressions levels of Cx43 protein and mRNA between skin scar and skin scar carcinoma were statistic differences. Conclusion of PTEN, and connexin43 in the skin scar may The high expression of survivin and the low expressions have a relation with skin scar epithelium cancerization.
