大电导钙敏感钾通道在人足月妊娠子宫平滑肌组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的了解大电导钙敏感钾通道(large-conductance calcium-sensitive potassium channel,BKCa)蛋白在人足月妊娠未临产及临产子宫下段平滑肌组织中的表达情况,探讨BKCa在分娩启动中的作用。方法采用Western blot分别测定人足月妊娠未临产及临产子宫下段平滑肌组织中BKCa蛋白α亚单位的表达。结果人足月妊娠未临产子宫下段平滑肌组织中BKCa蛋白α亚单位的相对表达量为1.18+0.20(n=9),足月妊娠临产子宫下段平滑肌组织中BKCa蛋白α亚单位的相对表达量为0.60+0.08(n=11),二者统计学差异显著(P=0.009)。结论人足月妊娠未临产子宫下段平滑肌组织BKCa蛋白的表达高于临产子宫下段平滑肌组织,提示BKCa在宫缩发动中具有一定作用。ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of large-conductance calcium-sensitive potassium channel （BKCa） in myometrium.MethodsThe expression levels of BKCa α subunit protein in human myometrium tissues in term of non-labor（TNL） and term labor（TL）were measured by Western blot analysis. ResultsRelative abundance of BKCa channel α subunit protein was 1.18＋0.20 for TNL group（n=9）,and 0.60＋0.08 for TL group（n=11）.The statistic difference was significant （P=0.009）. ConclusionExpression of BKCa channel protein in lower segment myometrium of TNL group was higher than that of TL group. BKCa may play a certain role in modulating uterine function.
