乳癌腋窝转移性淋巴结的彩色多普勒超声显像及其病理基础

摘　　要：对４５例乳癌患者的腋窝淋巴结进行彩色多普勒超声和病理检查，结果表明：腋窝癌转移性淋巴结的声像图多表现为淋巴结肿大，长径≥０．５ｃｍ，内部均匀低回声，其内部及周边可探及ＣＤＦＩ血流，多发性淋巴结肿大较单发性的血流丰富。相应的病理基础为癌转移性淋巴结内部结构被癌细胞破坏，癌灶内部可见少量血管。Color Doppler ultrasonographic and pathologic examination were undertaken to detect axillary metastatic lymph nodes(AMLNs)in 45 patients with breast carcinoma.The ultrasonographic appearances of the AMLNs showed 0 5cm or more in diameter and evenly hypoechoic.Color Doppler signals were detected in and around the AMLNs.There were more color Doppler signals in multiple enlarged AMLNs than in single ones.Pathologic bases relating to ultrasonographic appearances were that the inner structures of the AMLNs were destroyed by cancer cells.Few vessels in the cancerous foci,but abundant in the AMLN hilum.
