摘　　要：基于Pro/e的变量化设计和实体造型技术,实现了纵轴式掘进机各组成部分的建模及装配,建立了纵轴式掘进机的三维实体模型,讨论并确定了截割头空间载荷和履带-地面载荷的计算方法,完成了Adams/view软件操作环境和虚拟样机分析的前处理过程,建立了纵轴式掘进机的虚拟样机模型,为研究纵轴式掘进机整机的动态特性奠定了基础。Realize every component＇s modeling and assembles of longitudinal-axial-roadheader, three-dimensional solid model of longitudinal-axial-roadheader is set up based on variational design and solid modeling technology of Pro/e. The calculation method of space loads of cutting head and loads of track and ground are discussed and identified, the analysis of pre-treatment process of software Adams/ view operating and virtual prototype are completed, and the virtual prototype model of longitudinal-axialroadheader are set up, which lays the foundation for research on dynamic characteristics of longitudinalaxial-roadheader whole machine.
