摘  要:目的研究孕期接受丙泊酚全身麻醉对SD大鼠子代的空间学习记忆功能的影响。方法将20只孕7dSD大鼠随机分为丙泊酚组(P组)和对照组(C组),每组10只。P组大鼠经尾缘静脉注射丙泊酚20mg/kg行麻醉诱导,继之以20mg/(kg.h)速度静脉泵注丙泊酚维持麻醉2h,C组大鼠用等体积的生理盐水代替丙泊酚,余同P组。待其自然分娩,将每只母鼠所产子鼠随机均分入30、60、90d3个观察时间点,每只子鼠行Morris水迷宫实验并取其海马组织行HE染色。结果P组各观察时间点的子鼠寻找平台潜伏期、第二象限活动时间及穿越平台次数与C组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);P组各观察时间点子鼠与C组相比海马组织病理学观察无明显差异。结论在本实验条件下,孕期接受丙泊酚全身麻醉对SD大鼠子代的空间学习记忆能力及海马组织形态学无明显影响。Objective To study the effect of propofol general anesthesia on the learning and memory function of the pregnant Sprague Dawley rat’s offspring.Methods 20 femal SD rats which had pregnancy for 7 days were randomly divided into propofol group (P) and control group (C).Propofol was infusded at a rate of 20 mg/(kg·h) for 2 hours after the induction dose of 20 mg/kg via tail vein in experimental group (group P).While in observation group (group C),propofol was replaced with eaqual volume physiological saline.The learning and memory function of those offspring rats were tested by Morris water maze test,and the hippocampus tissues were collected for HE staining at postnatal time 30 days,60 days and 90 days respectively.Results The seeking-platform latency,active time in the second quadrant and number of crossing-platform had no significant difference between group P and C at the observation time(P0.05).HE staining of hippocampus tissues showed no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Propofol has no effect on learning and memory function of the pregnant Sprague Dawley rat’s offspring in this study.
